schweitzer.

So i finally am back on a "schedule."

I actually am waking up at around 7 every morning as opposed to the regular rising at noon or later that i had going for a while there.

I got to ride twice this week and got to skate at the barn also.

I had been anticipating a bluebird day at schweitzer for a while now and luckily had the cam alongside.

here's some of the goods...

this was a pretty cool thing i stumbled upon while "checkin' my sites" one night.

it is an application for MAC called the Polodroid.

it turns your pics into a poloroid. its a pretty simple program and what attracted me to it was the fact that you never quite know how the finished process is going to turn out.

and it self crops the photos so it gave a very new image to a lot of my work.

it kinda something different than all the rest of them in my personal opinion.

yes it is true anyone can pick up a camera and snap a pretty good shot of a flower these days. (heads up here comes my rant)

i am sick of seeing:

-senior photos

-pictures from shows.

-over-edited shots

-mindless pictures of nothingness.

-photos with no story.

-photo's of people that don't directly speak an emotion.

-and people who post 9,000,000 photos of one shoot. yes we all know it's nice to see different angles but i am pretty sure nobody wants to see a million pictures lead singer.

this is AN ATTEMPT

i repeat....... AN ATTEMPT to try to show the world through my interpretation.

mearly a smattering of my mind put into a form that exists beyond the limits of my head.

i love photography.
